Our Payment terms are strictly 14 days after the issue of an invoice. Accounts over 90 days old will be lodged with our legal representatives for collection and payment. Symes Business Consulting will not lodge documents with the ATO or ASIC unless payment for our services has been made.
 
In the event of the account being in default and being referred to an external party for collection the customer shall be liable for all resulting costs arising from the recovery, including commission which would be payable if the account is paid in full and legal costs including demand costs.

Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 10% per month late of the outstanding balance calculated for the period the account is due until the date it is paid. 

Symes Business Consulting reserve the right to withhold services if fees remain unpaid beyond our payment terms.
